Justin Chapell has over twenty years of experience handling matters from inception through trial. His practice focuses on defending insurance companies in first-party actions, general and commercial liability claims, bad faith litigation, construction defect, arson/fraud matters and declaratory judgments. His specialties also include direct representation of a variety of corporate clients, municipalities and school districts for premises liability, automobile and trucking accidents and product liability. He has successfully represented Fortune 500 companies and numerous other businesses in litigation throughout Missouri in both state and federal court. Justin’s experience and knowledge of his practice areas ensure that his clients receive the best possible representation in litigated matters.
Justin is also a member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers and previously served as a Board Member for the maximum six-year term. He has also been listed by Best Lawyers of Missouri in his field for multiple years.
